Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking operators who:
Have food, agriculture, logistics, or business operations experience
Understand the importance of clean food, sustainability, and local production
Can manage day-to-day operations including planting, harvesting, packaging, and distribution
Are ready to build partnerships with gyms, restaurants, schools, wellness centers, and retail outlets
Are committed to maintaining Produce Now’s quality and brand standards

✅ Clear local market understanding expected
Operator Responsibilities
Manage all farm operations inside assigned Pod(s) or Hub facility
Maintain proper growing schedules, climate settings, and harvest timelines
Handle product packaging, labeling, and storage according to brand standards
Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and local wholesale partnerships
Hire and train staff (Hub operators only)
Operator Pathways
You can apply to:
Operate a Single Grow Pod in your region
Operate a Micro-Hub (2–4 Pods) supplying local partners
Operate a Full Regional Hub (5+ Pods) serving multiple customer channels
